Before your visit
A few house rules, so every appointment runs on time.
Timing
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and choose your colours.
- If you're more than 10 minutes late we may need to cancel, and the full price still applies.
Changing plans
- Give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
- Treatment bundles are paid upfront and used within 6 months.
Aftercare
- If your gel chips within 7 days, send us a photo and we'll touch it up for free.
- Under 18? We'll need a parent or guardian's consent.
- We ask everyone to fill in a short consent form every 6 months.
